How to Pay
Pure imagination is a cashless festival. Please bring your bank or credit cards to enjoy concessions, merch, food trucks, and vendors.

Getting Here
Pure Imagination takes place at the breathtaking Watson Lake in Prescott, Arizona.
Located just minutes from downtown Prescott, the festival grounds are easily accessible by car and offer convenient access to local accommodations, dining, and outdoor recreation.

From Flagstaff / Sedona / Williams
Take 1-40 W. Exit 146 onto SR-89 South toward Prescott.
From Kingman
Take 1-40 W. Exit 146 onto SR-89 South toward Prescott.
From Phoenix
Take I-17 N, Exit 262 onto SR-69 N, then toward Prescott via Fain Rd/Sr-89.
Shuttles & Parking
All parking will be offsite held at the Embry-Riddle parking lots. There will be festival shuttles running every 5-10 minutes back and forth to the festival during all festival hours. The shuttles will drop and pick you up directly at the entry of the festival.
Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also allowed to drop off attendees at the festival entry - at the same location as the shuttle service drop off.

Prescott offers a variety of lodging options, including hotels, vacation rentals, campgrounds, and unique local stays. Whether you're looking for luxury, convenience, or an outdoor adventure, you'll find accommodations to fit your style.
There are MANY fantastic places to stay in Prescott/Prescott Valley as an attendee of our Pure Imagination Festival as well as onsite camping and nearby camping outside of the park.

Water Bottle Policy
Empty sealed bottles only. Fill stations available on-site.
No Drones
Drones strictly prohibited. FAA restricted airspace.
Frequently Asked Questions
Tickets are non-refundable. If the festival is canceled, every effort will be made to reschedule the event with similar performances and passes will be honored for the make-up date.
Only the original purchaser can pick up the order. No alternate name changes or pick-ups allowed. A valid photo ID, order number and the credit card used to place your order are required at the time of pick up.
Photo Passes and Press Passes will be distributed at the discretion of the Pure Imagination Festival. We will provide syndicated photos from our on-site photographers for use.

You should definitely plan to arrive early to be on the safe side.

We have limited on-site camping and you can reserve your space on our ticketing site. Additionally, the area has many hotels in Prescott and Prescott Valley as well as nearly limitless camping available in the surrounding areas!
Children 14 and under get in for free with a ticketed adult.
Your digital pass will be emailed to you.
You may give your pass to a friend if you like.
Prescott generally enjoys very comfortable weather in May.

- ATMs & Concessions: we are a cashless festival, please bring a credit card or debit card for any on-site purchases.
- First Aid: Professional medical staff will be available at the festival.
- Water Refill Stations: You can bring an empty reusable water bottle with you to the festival to utilize our water refill stations.
Only the following will be permitted:
- Personal bags 6”x 6” or smaller
- Clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”
- A one-gallon clear resealable plastic bag
All bags are subject to bag check. Clear bags will be available for purchase near the entry.
Reusable plastic or metal cups/bottles that are empty upon entry and exit, and cannot hold more than 32-ounces.
All water bottles must be empty prior to entry and will be checked at security.

Yes. Set times will be posted on the Pure Imagination website a couple of days before the festival.

Pure Imagination Festival takes place the third weekend in May.
Yes, we will have limited ability to lock up your bike near the front entrance prior to the ticketing entrance. Bikes may not be ridden into the park and security will ask you to remove your bike and put it in the designated area. Remember to bring your own lock as they will not be provided!
Only passes you originally purchased through Pure Imaginations official ticketing partners can be guaranteed as valid.
Do not buy passes from an unauthorized 3rd party or scalper. We will not offer customer service, authentication or support for any passes purchased through any unauthorized 3rd parties.
Scalped passes are subject to cancellation at any time without warning.
No. The festival is all ages. Minors 17 and younger must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
(Must be 18 to rent a camp site – limited availability)
The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on short grass terrain with limited concrete paths around the park. We will have handicap parking spaces at our Embry-Riddle Lot and there will be ADA shuttles available for transport to the festival.
Uber, Lyft, and Taxis will also be allowed to drop off at the entry same as the shuttles.
We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
Yes, payment plans are available at time of purchase through our ticketing platform.
We are a cashless festival. For onsite purchases, bring a credit card, or a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily spending limit.
Emailed ticketing is the only option available.
Yes. Any belongings will be checked at security. Which may involve ensuring no other non-permissible items are rolled/stuffed inside.
