Are refunds available if Pure Imagination is postponed or canceled?

Tickets are non-refundable. If the festival is canceled, every effort will be made to reschedule the event with similar performances and passes will be honored for the make-up date.

Can someone else pick up my order at will call?

Only the original purchaser can pick up the order. No alternate name changes or pick-ups allowed. A valid photo ID, order number and the credit card used to place your order are required at the time of pick up.

Can I get press/photo passes?

I'm coming to the festival from out of town. Where can I stay?

Lodging options include hotels in Prescott and Prescott Valley, as well as camping options. Visit our lodging section for specific hotel recommendations and camping information.

Do kids get free admission?

Children 14 and under get in for free with a ticketed adult.

Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted on the Pure Imagination website a couple of days before the festival.

Can I get a refund for my Pure Imagination ticket?

As a reminder, all sales are final, absolutely no refunds.

When Is Pure Imagination 2027?

Pure Imagination Festival takes place the third weekend in May, specifically May 14-15, 2027.

Is there bike parking?

Yes, we will have limited ability to lock up your bike near the front entrance prior to the ticketing entrance. Bikes may not be ridden into the park and security will ask you to remove your bike and put it in the designated area. Remember to bring your own lock as they will not be provided!

Are payment plans available? Can I divide my order into multiple payments?

Yes, payment plans are available at time of purchase through our ticketing platform.

Can I use a debit card for purchase?

We are a cashless festival. For onsite purchases, bring a credit card, or a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily spending limit.

Is my only option to have tickets emailed? Can I pick them up somewhere?

Emailed ticketing is the only option available.

Can I bring a blanket?

Yes. Any belongings will be checked at security. Which may involve ensuring no other non-permissible items are rolled/stuffed inside.

What is the bag policy?

Only the following will be permitted: Personal bags 6 inches by 6 inches or smaller, clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items not exceeding 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches, and a one-gallon clear resealable plastic bag. All bags are subject to bag check. Clear bags will be available for purchase near the entry.

What Items are not allowed at the festival?

Prohibited items include: Professional Cameras (DSLR cameras or those with a removable lens), Fireworks, Laptop Computers, Radios, Laser Pointer Devices, Noisemakers, Selfie sticks, Video Cameras, Monopods and Tripods, Sticks or poles, Guns, Weapons (knives, box-cutters, firearms, etc.), Glass Containers, Chairs with Canopies, Sun-cover structures or other tents on the field, Outside Food & Beverages, Full Water Bottles, Coolers, Drones, Unmanned Aircraft Devices & Remote Controlled Vehicles, Alcoholic Beverages & Illegal Substances, Animals on the field (leashed animals including service animals are permitted in camping areas and around designated areas), Banners, Flags, Megaphones, Tasers, and Signs.

Shuttles & Parking

All parking will be offsite held at the Embry-Riddle parking lots. There will be festival shuttles running every 5-10 minutes back and forth to the festival during all festival hours. The shuttles will drop and pick you up directly at the entry of the festival.

Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also allowed to drop off attendees at the festival entry - at the same location as the shuttle service drop off.

Offsite Parking

All parking is offsite, please check back for more information.

There are MANY fantastic places to stay in Prescott/Prescott Valley as an attendee of our Pure Imagination Festival as well as onsite camping and nearby camping outside of the park.

Bag Policy

Clear bags only. 12x6x12 inch max. One small clutch is permitted.

Water Bottle Policy

Empty sealed bottles only. Fill stations available on-site.

Drones strictly prohibited. FAA restricted airspace.
